    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing all MEP engineering design plans, performing material take-off, reconciliations, liaising with other engineers, and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. As an MEP Project Manager, you should possess an analytical mind and a high aptitude on planning, work breakdown structure and should be able to execute the tasks according to the allocated budget and timeline of the projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the MEP requirements of a given project.
    • Liaising with Architects, consultants and other engineers.
    • Managing and monitoring all assigned MEP projects.
    • Ensuring health and safety codes.
    • Completing quality assurance on all MEP components and writing up reports.
    • Using CAD software.
    • Analysing and approving various construction and engineering plans.
    • Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.
    • Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
    • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in MEP engineering.

    Qualification & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 10 years of field experience in construction of large projects in India.
    • Should have completed at least one project from inception to handing over.
    • Experience in project management.
    • Experience with planning software like MS Projects is a must.
    • Experience on Primavera will be added advantage.
    • Hands on knowledge of all prevalent industry standards and codes.
    • Experience with CAD software and MS Office.
    • A sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
    • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and always remain professional.
