    Description

    Designation - Senior Product Designer

    Roles & Responsibilities :
    • Establish, manage and lead a collaborative design process from user research, competitive benchmarking to finally delivering designs
    • Work closely with the Product Team to define the strategy and roadmap using user research
    • Create wire-frames, mockups and engaging prototypes, and help implement designs
    • Ability to simplify problems, generate user flows, incorporate feedback and work iteratively, validating potential solutions with users and stakeholders alike
    • Mentor and coach other Product Designer(s)
    • Deliver company and team objectives through actionable design initiatives
    • Help build and evangelize LiquiLoans' design culture and process

    Skills required:

    • 5+ years of great hands-on Product Design experience across Web & App platforms
    • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
    • Ability to understand business priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time
    • A people's person with proven interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders
    • Team handling skills is a big plus
    • Proficiency in at least one Design Tool - Figma, XD etc.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be a plus
    • Voracious learner with an interest in finance
    • And, you believe the world's problems may be solved with better design
