    Job description :

    Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

    Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.

    Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project goals.

    Migration of applications (SAP On premise to Cloud), Other applications

    Maintain and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, Cloud, hardware, and software.

    Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

    Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and information systems.

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

    Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet service level agreements.

    Develop and manage the IT budget, making informed decisions to optimize costs.

    Monitor expenses and track return on investment.

    Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues and ensuring a positive user experience.

    Identify training needs for IT staff and organize professional development opportunities.

    Keep the team updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

    Develop and maintain plans for disaster recovery and business continuity.

    Ensure systems and data are backed up regularly and can be quickly restored in the event of a disruption.

    Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and align technology solutions with business objectives.

    Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and key metrics to senior management.
