    Aboutthe Role:

    Were seeking atalented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. Youll play a vitalrole in identifying attracting and hiring top IT professionalsacross various technical skillsets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partnerwith hiring managers to understand technical needs andrequirements.
    • Source screen andshortlist qualified candidates through diverse channels (LinkedInmeetups referrals etc.).
    • Conductinitial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills andexperience.
    • Negotiate offers andcoordinate the recruitment process from start tofinish.
    • Build and maintain a strongtalent pipeline for future hiringneeds.
    • Promote our employer brandand attract top ITprofessionals.

    Qualifications:

    • 2years of experience in domestic ITrecruitment.
    • Strong understanding ofvarious technical skill sets (Java .Net Cloud DevOpsetc.).
    • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiationskills.
    • Proven success in sourcingcandidates through creativemethods.
    • Ability to workindependently and manage multiple taskseffectively.
    • Proficiency in usingrecruitment tools and software.
