- Preparing financial reports and estimates for clients regarding potential costs and returns of proposed projects
- Meeting with clients to review proposals and discuss budgets and timelines
- Reviewing bids from vendors for services such as advertising, printing, event planning, or catering
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
