    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Freshclub India in Hyderabad. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our physical store locations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating with vendors and implementing retail loss prevention measures etc...

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Experience in Store Management
    • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Previous experience in the grocery or retail industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
