    Role Description:
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Eleanor Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru.

    The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes

    • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and other relevant platforms.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
