    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Intellicortex Technologies located in Bengaluru. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role will also involve collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
    • Experience in performance management and talent development
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
