    Account Manager - BFSI Testing Services - Middle East client Exposure

    Work Location :
    Bangalore/Trivandrum/Chennai , Local from Middle East can be considered.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the GCC region, serving as the primary point of contact for all accountrelated matters.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and crosssell testing services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing account profitability.
    • Collaborate with the delivery and solutions teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery, addressing any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
    • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within the BFSI sector in the GCC region, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify potential clients and establish rapport.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape within the BFSI domain, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our testing services to key Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management within the BFSI sector, preferably in the GCC region.
    • Deep understanding of testing services, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance requirements within the BFSI domain.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
    • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
    • Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
