    StillI Rise is an international NGO which operates humanitarian projectsproviding education and protection to refugee children andvulnerable youth and work towards solving the global educationalcrisis in the world. Still I Rise isseeking a highly motivated and experienced HighValue FundraisingOfficer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor developing and implementing fundraising strategies to securesignificant contributions from highnetworth individualscorporations and trusts and foundations in India. They will play apivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our donor baseto support our missiondriven program and initiatives inIndia.

    Thisposition will report to the HighValue Fundraising Manager andcollaborate closely with the fundraising team and other keystakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. The candidatemust be in Mumbai but will work remotely with a team based all overthe world.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Developand execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to identifycultivate and solicit major donors corporates andfoundations.
    • Research and identify potentialleads of highnetworth individuals corporates and foundations with astrong affinity for our mission andvalues.
    • Cultivate and steward relationshipswith existing and prospective donors providing personalizedengagement opportunities and ensuring donorsatisfaction.
    • Lead the grant applicationprocess including prospect research proposal development andsubmission to secure grants ranging from 56figures.
    • Collaborate with the Schools programmanager and other stakeholders to align fundraising efforts withorganizational priorities and fundingneeds.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipelineof prospective donors and funding opportunities tracking progressand reporting on fundraising metrics.
    • RepresentStill I Rise at networking events conferences and donor meetings inIndia to expand our reach and visibility within the philanthropiccommunity.

    ESSENTIALCRITERIA

    • 57 years ofexperience in fundraising with a proven track record of securingmajor gifts and grants.
    • Extensive network andconnections in the philanthropic community in India with theability to leverage relationships for fundraisingsuccess.
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in English with the ability to articulatecompelling cases for support and engage diversestakeholders.
    • Excellent project managementskills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competingdemands in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strategicthinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a commitment toachieving ambitious fundraising goals.
    • Abilityto work effectively remotely in a team environment as well asindependently.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace.Knowledge of CRM tools and Project Management tools aplus
    • Passion for Still I Rises mission andvalues.

    DESIRABLECRITERIA

    • Experiencein the education sector or working within a schoolsetting
    • Knowledge of the relevantnetwork stakeholders in theregion
