    Description

    Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities
  • Generate new business (to get BPO processes), building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Use networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Use telephone, email, and social media to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the client till the closing of process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and meeting/ exceeding annual sales goals
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Skill Requirement

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate with experience of Sales, Business Development
  • Robust sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Expert in the companys products and be able to sell them successfully in any situation
  • Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the companys industry and markets
  • Passion for growing businesses
  • Excellent communication skills
