    Description

    Job Title: Product Marketing Lead

    Location: Bangalore, India

    Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

    Role Summary:

    As a Product Marketing Lead at YOptima, you will spearhead both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives designed to capture and expand Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across both India and international markets. Your main objective will be to create captivating content and strategically disseminate it to amplify engagement, generate buzz, and attract high-quality leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that includes both short-form and long-form multimedia content, tailored for channels such as email, blogs, newsletters, social media, podcasts, and SEO-enhanced websites.
    • Design impactful marketing collaterals and case studies, and craft media and solutions kits for targeted discovery and distribution.
    • Manage an integrated outreach strategy utilizing owned, earned, and paid media, with a focus on platforms like and email campaigns.
    • Monitor industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities for demonstrating YOptima's thought leadership through contributions to trade magazines, industry reports, speaking engagements at events, webinars, and public relations activities.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong background in B2B marketing with proven expertise in content creation, packaging, and storytelling.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple initiatives that engage and attract a targeted audience effectively.
    • Proficiency in leveraging various media channels for content distribution and lead generation.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience running marketing for a B2B SaaS/Tech or a Digital Media Solutions company.
    • Excellent B2B copywriting and content scripting skills - both short form and long form - across infographics, podcast and video formats.
    • In-depth experience running content initiatives across Website SEO, Social Media and Trade Magazines.
    • Experience running paid media initiatives across and Programmatic media is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or related field.
