    Job Description :

    Skills Required :

    • Delivery of endtoend IT projects in a global environment
    • Experience in Application Engineering, Low Code Development, Analytics, Application Migration, Data Migration, Cloud Migration, or Application Upgrades
    • Leadership in medium to largesized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity
    • Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall methods of delivery

    MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Planview, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps (or similar)


    Detailed Description :

    End-to-End Project Delivery :

    • Demonstrated experience in delivering endtoend IT projects in a global environment.
    • Projects may encompass Application Engineering, Low Code Development, Analytics, Application Migration, Data Migration, Cloud Migration, or Application Upgrades.

    Project Leadership :

    • Lead medium to largesized projects with moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity.
    • Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    Agile & Waterfall Methodologies :

    • Fluent in Agile and Waterfall methods of delivery.
    • Adapt project management methodologies based on project requirements, team dynamics, and organizational preferences.

    Tool Proficiency :

    • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Planview, Smartsheet, etc.
    • Experience in using visualization and reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau for project tracking and reporting.
    • Familiarity with low code development platforms like PowerApps or similar tools for rapid application development.

    Stakeholder Management :

    • Effectively manage stakeholders at various levels including business sponsors, project sponsors, project teams, and external vendors.
    • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans in a clear and concise manner.

    Risk Management :

    • Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
    • Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to monitor project progress and quality.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, processes, and tools.
    • Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the project team to optimize project delivery outcomes.
