    JobSummary:

    We are having requirement for aresourceful Business Development Manager atourorganization who will be responsible toanalyze and develop the growthopportunitiesin existing and new IT Markets.

    ExpectedQualities 1. Must have expertise in Onlinebidding.2. Must be proficient with Onlineportals like Upwork3. Should have excellenthand on work in conversion.4. Experience inproposal writing.5. Must have technicalknowledge for all IT Services.6. Confidentenough to do international Client Communication usingemailschat audio and video call Skypecall7. Excellent expertise in Sales for theprojects as IT Services for DigitalMarketingSEO and online branding projects.8. Musthave technical knowledge for different ITservices.9. Good working experience ineffort estimation client follow upproposalwriting.10.Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to buildrelationships11. Analytical andtimemanagement skills12. Up selling andcross selling skills13.


    A flexible workschedulesRoles &Responsibilities:
    1. To identify profitablebusiness opportunities based on the analysisofpotential profit margins timescales andcompetition.2. The candidate is responsiblefor handling end to end leads fromconversionto delivery of theproject.3. Will be responsible to forgenerating and managing business fromonlineBidding Portals likeUpwork.4. Required to covert leads intopotential clients.5.

    Responsible forhandling and guiding bidding team in order tocreatebusiness opportunity in DigitalMarketing SEO and onlinebrandingprojects.6.To develop and maintain a lead generationplan.7.

    Will be responsible for generate newleads/business and contribute torevenuegeneration.8. Responsible for handlingoperations and deliverables as per thecustomersrequirement.9.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clientsmaintaining adatabase of prospective clientinformation.10. Responsible for costingnegotiations follow up & requirementgathering.11.

    To identify and report onmarket trends competitor activitycustomerdemand buying process developmentsand other relevant marketintelligenceAdditionalSkills:

    Must have strong communication andIT fluency Creative talents and the abilityto solve tough problems Must be good in teammanagement.
