    We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in Kochi, Trivandrum.

    As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

    You will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the growth and success of our projects.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and refine project requirements.
    • Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities.
    • Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the application's performance and scalability.
    • Debug and troubleshoot issues, as well as optimize existing code.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.
    • Work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

    Requirements :

    • 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
    • Strong expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
    • Version control using Git.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
