    We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in Kochi, Trivandrum. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the growth and success of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements.

    Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities.

    Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the application's performance and scalability.

    Debug and troubleshoot issues, as well as optimize existing code.

    Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

    Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.

    Work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and :

    4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

    Strong expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.

    Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

    Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

    Version control using Git.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
