Key Responsibilities:

1) Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists or databases.

2) Introduce our products/services to prospective clients and effectively communicate the features and benefits.

3) Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and requirements.

4) Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.

5) Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

6) Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely conversion.

7) Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.

8) Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.

9) Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.

10) Collaborate with team members and share best practices to enhance overall performance.
