    Primary Duties/Responsibilities


    Enable and support Goodyears Premiumization drive by advancing key account management skills, sales competencies and build feature based selling mindset among the sales associates.

    Perform training needs analysis (TNA) for the sales teams to understand the training scope and requirement.
    Obtain due alignment on the insights from TNA and action plan to address the opportunities prioritized by the business.
    Develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with Sales Operations, Sales leaders, HR to facilitate capability building programs.
    Execution excellence in ensuring timely delivery of approved annual and quarterly sales training calendar.

    Conceptualize and align on metrics for sales training effectiveness and regular sharing of these progress indicators with the Business leadership.

    Network and partner with external training agencies as per the agreed calendar for capability building solutions.
    Participate in relevant external/internal forums to adopt best practices and emerging technological trends and innovations.
    Development of sales enablement tools e.g., ROI calculators, product comparisons with competitions, sales arguments for objection handling etc.
    Partner with external agencies and develop Mobile phone-based learning solutions e.g., learning bites, product training refreshers, product quiz etc.

    Experience

    12 years relevant work experience (sales training) in mid- to large-scale organizations of repute.
    5 years of experience leading a sales team.
    Robust exposure of sales processes conceptualization and implementation.
    Robust experience of building Sales curriculums underpinned by the principles of 70/20/10 blended learning.
