    Overview:

    The Influencer Outreach Intern is a key player in our organization, responsible for identifying and managing influencer partnerships. You'll need a solid grasp of social media influencer marketing and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential influencers on various social media platforms.
    • Reach out and collaborate with influencers to establish partnerships.
    • Manage influencer agreements, deliverables, and deadlines.
    • Assist in planning and implementing influencer campaigns and strategies.
    • Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize results.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and their representatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor influencer strategies.
    • Evaluate the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer efforts with overall strategies.
    • Help maintain influencer databases and contact information.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
    • Passion for social media influencer marketing and digital trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of influencer metrics and performance tracking.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
    • Previous exposure to influencer outreach or social media marketing is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and databases is a plus.
    • Keen interest in keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly evolving landscape.
