    Responsibilities

    Role:

    This role will be responsible for the performing the day-to-day activities related to supply chain Master Data operations for an Oil & Gas industry.

    The aspirant should have good exposure on material master data creation and maintenance for material types (HALB & DIEN), plants, locations, transport systems.


    Key tasks include:

    • Fuels Supply Chain master data operations activities encompass the creation and maintenance of materials and plants directly or indirectly related to Fuels Operations, eventually to GBC and other head office operations.
    • Data creation and mapping in trading/scheduling systems accomplished with high data quality and accuracy and in line with Global data design and in line with agreed targeted SLAs and KPIs
    • Perform the role of SME and must be fully conversant with the Fuels business scenarios across all regions and the system landscape to notify the requestor when a request is made that is invalid and suggest the appropriate course of action.
    • Perform and monitor data analysis and troubleshooting, data entry and complex data mappings activities


    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure correct and timely data available in all the interconnected systems (SAP (Stripes), TORA, GOM/TSW, VIP, TAS systems)
    • Ability to complete the activities on time within the defined SLAs.
    • SAP Functional knowledge – understanding overall SAP system structure.
    • Multi-tasking Master Data Expert.

    SAP experience Work Experience:

    • Good understanding and work experience of Supply Chain Master Data and its impact on downstream processes in Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Min. 6 years of professional experience in supply chain management activities preferably with Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. macros), Power BI, Tableau, Winshuttle to be able to work on initiatives to automate tasks if needed.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
    • Anly UG Degree with PG Diploma or any other PG degree in Oil and Gas is preferred.
