    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Design Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and innovation team, driving the creative process from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the denim industry, with a strong background in end-to-end execution, tech pack creation, and range building.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead the development of new denim products and collections, from concept ideation to final product delivery.

    * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and production, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

    * Manage the end-to-end product development process, including trend research, sketching, fabric sourcing, fitting sessions, and sample approvals.

    * Oversee the creation of detailed tech packs and specification sheets to communicate design requirements to suppliers and manufacturers.

    * Drive range building and assortment planning, taking into account market trends, consumer preferences, and brand objectives.

    - [ ] Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on design techniques, industry best practices, and professional development. Build SOPs and document them for future reference.

    * Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and teamwork across all departments.

    * Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    * Denim designer. 5-6 years of experience in the denim industry, with a proven track record of success in design and product development.

    * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of denim is very important.

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

    * Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality, coupled with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
