    Job Description :
    We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer proficient in JavaScript and JSP to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

    As a Web Application Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs.


    Responsibilities :

    • Develop responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, JSP, HTML, and CSS.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
    • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or clients, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.
    • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment procedures.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Web Application Developer with expertise in JavaScript and JSP.
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ).
    • Strong understanding of serverside development using Java and JSP.
    • Experience with web services (RESTful APIs) and asynchronous request handling.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
    • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
