    Whatyoull do:

    Achieve targeted sales closuresand generate customer walkins from the leadsassigned Lead timely servicing of assignedleads and close sales bookings withcustomers Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with existing channel partners ensuring theircontinued engagement and commitment to promoting ourservices.

    Propose schemes to reduce slowmoving inventory/ facilitate fast movement ofinventory Drive new sales through Channelpartners and reference network Respond tocustomer queries sent on mail within agreedtimelines Track and analyse salesperformance metrics providing regular reports and insights tomanagement

    Whatyoull need:
    Bachelors degree in businessmanagement marketing or related fieldMinimum 1year of proven experience in sales/ business developmentrole preferably in the real estate or proptechindustry Strong networking andrelationshipbuilding skills Goodcommunication and presentation abilitiesResultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceedingsales targets Strong sales acumen with goodsense and adaptation to organization cultureMust have knowledge of the Noida/Ghaziabad RealEstatemarket Should be a Go Getter Team Player andTargetOriented
