    Job Description – Bench Sales Recruiter

    Job Summary:

    System Soft Technologies is looking for Bench Sales Recruiters. The primary responsibility will be to put their organization, management, and personal engagement skills to work by finding the best possible candidates for our clients' requirements. The IT recruiter must be able to demonstrate versatile recruiting techniques and maximize talent acquisition through ingenuity and a creative use of the latest social media recruiting tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet job requirements
    • Work with recruiting lead/manager to fill contract, temp to hire, and direct hire IT positions with our clients
    • Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and closing the deal
    • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
    • Utilize applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor progress and activity

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent number of job-related years of Bench Sales Recruiting experience

    Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.

    Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
