A Digital Marketing Manager is a professional responsible for maintaining a brand's online presence and driving sales through various marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: We're looking for someone to execute

1. Planning Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social

media, and display advertising.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.

2. Social Media Management:

Maintain the brand's social media presence across all digital channels.
Design, build, and optimize social media profiles.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3. Creative Growth Strategies:

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

4. User Experience Optimization:

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Thought Leadership and Technology Evaluation:
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership.

5. Requirements and Skills:

Experience: Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrable Skills: Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Essential skills for a Digital Marketing Manager include:

1. Strategic Thinking and Creativity:

Strategize: Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Creativity: Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analytics: Understand and interpret data from various platforms (Google Analytics, social

media insights, etc.).

A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize campaigns.

3.Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords for organic search.
On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Optimize website content and build quality backlinks.

4. Social Media Management:

Content Creation: Create engaging social media content.
Community Management: Interact with followers and respond to inquiries.

5. Paid Advertising:

PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Manage paid search and display campaigns.
Social Ads: Run targeted ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

6.Content Marketing:

Content Strategy: Plan and create valuable content (blogs, videos, infographics).
Distribution: Promote content through various channels.

7. Email Marketing:

Segmentation: Divide the audience for personalized email campaigns.
Automation: Set up automated email workflows.

8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Landing Page Optimization: Improve landing page performance.
User Experience (UX): Enhance website usability.

9.Project Management:

Timelines: Manage project schedules and deadlines.
Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members.

10. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.
