- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and facilitate the sales process.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance marketing campaigns and sales processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support during all interactions.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi , Marathi with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
- High level of resilience, persistence, and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not required.
