Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at (WCE) WISDOM CAREER EDUCATION PVT LTD. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our Overseas Education - Internships - Study Abroad services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about assisting students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good knowledge about the Overseas Education industry.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficient in using MS Office suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Provide information about our Overseas Education - Internships - Study Abroad services.
Develop and maintain a customer database.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and packages.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
Record and maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
