  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, communicating technical concepts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on or Java technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in either or Java, with a deep understanding of their ecosystem, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
