    Description
    Tech Lead Job Description

    ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3, JS, JQUERY, SQL Server are mandatory


    Minimum of 8 plus years of working experience on Microsofttechnology stacks such as MVC, sql Server, etc., and experience or exposure to latesttechstacks.

    A Bachelor of engineering/MCA/MSc in Computer Science discipline is essential.


    Require a high level oftechnical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work on teams.


    Must have experience with relevant development tools and specific application and system architecture, in addition to a strong understanding of object-oriented design.


    Expertise in the design, development and deployment of enterprise-level N-tier architecture in a Microsoft .NET Framework with a strong exposure to Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

    Any supporting certifications are highly valued.


    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Analysing the requirements/product vision and definingTechnological vision to the products/projects with a futuristic view

    Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure

    Providingtechnicalleadership to the application product development team.


    Defining the coding guidelines and ensuring that the guidelines are properly followed by every individual in the organization through proper governance process that includes design and code reviews.

    Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to Product Team.

    Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance ourintegration.

    Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements

    Efficiently disseminate the defined frameworks/processes within the team and ensure that it is been practiced as per the definition.

    Work withTechnology partners andtechnology service providers to derive meaningful outcome as per the definition.

    Focus on Skill development, up skill and cross skill initiatives to ensure that the team remains skilled and resourceful.
