    Description

    Qualification & Experience :

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.


    At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management in the Media-AdTech industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.


    • At least 3 years of professional experience developing and implementing enterprisescale reports and highly visual, intuitive dashboards.
    • Microsoft tech stack including Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, Report Builder.

    Preferred Certifications :

    Microsoft Certified :
    Azure Fundamentals.


    Microsoft Certified :
    Power BI Data Analyst.

    Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP) or project management (e.g. PMP) is desirable.


    Required skills/Competencies :

    • Experience managing, mentoring and coaching one or more direct reports, assigning and tracking tasks and providing guidance.
    • Strong business analysis skills, with proven ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements translating them to technical specifications to be implemented.
    • Strong data analysis skills : Browse, process & analyze data sets, investigate and uncover datarelated issues, look for patterns and insights in data.
    • Nice to have coding/scripting skills: Write/model applications/reports in scripting languages and/or data analysis frameworks.
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with executivelevel audiences.
    • Presenting analysis and findings (articulating analysis findings, insights, and recommendations), setting expectations, eliciting direction and decisions.
    • Highly skilled in data quality, triage analysis and obtaining business insights, desirable specialization in Media-AdTech.
    • Skilled in Data Visualization, specifically in PowerBI.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data sets, Enterprise Data Warehouse and writing advanced SQL queries.
    • Expertise in data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
    • Understanding of Data Modeling and Database Design Principles.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Attention to Detail : Being meticulous and paying attention to detail is critical in data analysis.
    • Small errors or inaccuracies can lead to misleading results, so should have a keen eye for detail and doublecheck their work.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify and address technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
    • Good understanding of Data Quality and Governance, including implementation of data quality and integrity checks and monitoring processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business users, data architects, DevOps/DataOps/MLOps engineers, data engineers, data scientists, developers, and operations teams.
    • Essential to convey complex technical concepts and insights to nontechnical stakeholders effectively, sharing information and data.
    • Selfmotivated with the ability to work well in an agile team.
    • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create ideas, and be assertive.
    • A willingness to stay updated with the latest services, trends, and best practices in the field.
