    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our location in Mahabubnagar. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary range and opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
    • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficient in using MS Office applications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and make necessary adjustments
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
    • Train and supervise store staff, provide coaching and feedback
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Manage inventory levels, order merchandise as needed
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
    • Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management
