    Description

    ARUNODAYA PRINT PACK PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading printing company in the industry, specializing in providing high-quality printing services to various clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.

    As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing inventory, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and coordinating with suppliers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee the overall operations of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and maximize sales.
    • Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the printing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
