Job Description :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.
Lead and mentor development teams in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.

Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and standards.

Perform system integration activities with other enterprise systems as needed.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmap and strategy for ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant, with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
Handson experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration methods.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
