    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Direct Tax Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct tax laws and regulations, with a focus on areas such as TDS, Income Tax, Traces, Excel, and Compliance. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns, managing tax-related documentation, and staying updated with changes in tax laws.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within deadlines.
    • Assist in income tax return preparation and compliance for individuals and entities.
    • Filling of form 15CA and CB.
    • Rectification of TDS demand on Traces.
    • Handle tax assessments, appeals, and related correspondence with tax authorities.
    • Maintain tax-related records and documentation in an organized manner.
    • Conduct tax research and stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for tax-related matters.
    • Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax-related requirements and deadlines.
    • Provide support during tax audits and assessments.
    • Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of direct tax laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Experience with tax filing software and tools (e.g., Traces, ITR)
    • Good understanding of TDS provisions and compliance requirements.
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Prior experience in direct tax compliance or related roles is preferred.
    • Hands on Experience over SAP.
