    Position - Director Direct Tax

    Job Description/Responsibilities:

    • Leading and managing a team of professionals in providing direct tax advisory and compliance services to clients.
    • Providing expert guidance and advice on direct tax matters, including tax planning and optimization.
    • Handling complex direct tax issues and representing clients in direct tax assessments and appeals.
    • Keeping uptodate with changes in tax laws and regulations.
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Identifying opportunities for business development and growth.
    • Preparing and reviewing direct tax computations, returns, and reports.
    • Providing training and mentorship to team members.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in direct tax, including experience in a leadership role.
    • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of direct tax laws and regulations.
    • Proven track record of handling complex direct tax issues and representing clients in assessments and appeals.
    • Excellent leadership and managerial skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Business development and Indepth understanding of business and tax implications.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
