    Description

    Job Title - Deputy Manager/Manager

    Qualification- CA [ max. second attempt]

    Experience - Min. 4 Years after post CA.

    Location - Noida

    Interview Mode - F2F

    Major Key Skills Required - Direct Tax, Income Tax, International Tax, Litigation, Assessment, Tax Advisory.

    Key Strengths

    • in Representations before the tax authorities;
    • of appearing before CIT (Appeals);
    • of coordination with the Consultants in connection with various appellate proceedings;
    • drafting Skills;
    • Process, Corporate Tax, International Tax, Core Taxation, income Tax litigation, Transfer pricing, .
    • of Tax Planning/Tax Optimization;
    • Tax, Indirect Tax, India Taxation.
    • of handling tax assessments (including TDS assessments); and
    • Communication Skills

    Likely Job Description in HCL

    • assist in all the major income tax assessments;
    • independently handle tax assessments of all the small entities;
    • draft all the legal submissions to be filed before the tax authorities;
    • assist in coordination with the Consultants in connection with all the appellate proceedings;
    • prepare the income tax returns;
    • coordinate with the tax auditors in the closure of Tax Audits;
    • assist in analyzing/exploring all the tax planning related opportunities;
    • review the quarterly tax provisions and Fin-48 items; and
    • ensure timely and correct response to all India tax related queries;
