Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, including but not limited to, scheduling, planning, and

implementing.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and

services.

Manage on-site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise on site.
Keep accurate records of all on-site activities, including daily progress reports, safety inspections,

and material inventory.

Implement cost-saving measures and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the Building Material industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the region.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
