Hotel Sales Consultant
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Sales Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in hotel sales to negotiate competitive rates, secure exclusive deals, and establish strong relationships with hotel partners.

Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing personalized recommendations and tailored solutions.

Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize all aspects of clients' travel itineraries, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the travel process, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, destination developments, and emerging hotel offerings, continuously updating knowledge to provide clients with the latest information and options.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting value-added services to enhance clients' travel experiences.

Documentation and Administration: Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, including booking confirmations, invoices, and travel contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms and rates from hotel partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of destination geography, attractions, and travel regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or professional affiliations (e.g., Certified Travel Consultant) are a plus.
