    Job Description

    About the role:

    As a Senior Staff Engineer Data Scientist specializing in GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence), you'll be leading the way in exploring new uses of data science and machine learning to enhance employee engagement. Your main tasks will involve utilizing GenAI methods to tackle specific challenges within the company, such as creating an advanced conversational servicebot for a large user base, developing innovative AI/ML solutions for complex Text2Action issues, and analyzing time series data for unusual patterns. Envision a future where IT services are delivered through interactive and conversational interfaces, supported by real-time analysis of streaming data. Your role is to turn this vision into reality by designing algorithms for analyzing vast amounts of data, constructing a scalable system to provide insights through a cutting-edge conversational UI/UX.

    Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Collaboration: Engage closely with product and business teams to understand the challenges and opportunities in the GenAI field, aligning data science projects with organizational goals.
    • Metric Definition: Establish key performance metrics that reflect the value delivered to users through GenAI solutions.
    • Intelligent System Design: Utilize expertise in machine learning, statistics, and mathematics to develop intelligent systems powered by GenAI.
    • Big Data Processing: Create efficient systems for processing large data volumes, demonstrating proficiency in frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
    • ML/AI Architecture: Collaborate with ML Engineers to design scalable systems and model architectures for real-time ML/AI services.
    • End-to-End ML Pipelines: Manage ML pipelines from data pre-processing to feedback sharing.

    Qualifications
    • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong problem-solving and programming skills, along with a deep understanding of mathematical concepts behind machine learning algorithms.
    • Demonstrated success in deploying ML projects in production systems.
    • Experience in natural language processing, prompt engineering, LLMs, transformers, and knowledge graphs is a plus.
    • Proficiency in time series analysis, NLP, Distributed Systems, and Big Data technologies like Spark is advantageous.
    • Background in areas such as NLP, statistical ML techniques, graph algorithms, deep learning, and database systems.
    • Knowledge of database systems, SQL and NoSQL databases.
