    Job Description:

    Job Summary: As an Infor WFM Administrator/Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) software within our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient scheduling, time tracking, and labor forecasting to meet business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Infor WFM Implementation: Participate in the planning and implementation of Infor WFM software, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR systems.
    2. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
    3. User Support: Provide support to end-users, including training, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of Infor WFM-related problems.
    4. Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support decision-making processes, such as labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, and compliance monitoring.
    5. Compliance: Ensure that the Infor WFM system is configured to comply with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
    6. Documentation: Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to the Infor WFM system to optimize workforce management.
    8. Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Infor WFM and other HR and business systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as HR, IT, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience with Infor WFM software or similar workforce management systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to workforce management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certification in Infor WFM is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in using Infor WFM software.
    • Data analysis and reporting skills.
    • Technical skills for system configuration and troubleshooting.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
