    Rapyderis leading AWS Service Provider in cloud computing and is lookingfor worldclass candidates to join our business.

    Asan Enterprise Business Development for Rapyder yourresponsibilities will include building and driving the strategy toincrease adoption and market penetration in enterprise accounts tobuild longterm business and marketing opportunities. The idealcandidate will possess a business development/sales background thatenables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partnerorganization mostly with Clevels of the business and IT. He/Shewill also demonstrate a strong technical competency focused on theIT landscape and cloud computing. He/she should be a selfstarterwho is prepared to develop and execute against a territory/ accountcoverage plan businessobjectives.

    Roles& Responsibilities:

    Acceleratecustomer adoption by identifying specific customer segments andindustry verticals to approach with a value proposition for usingAmazon web services. Develop longterm strategic relationships withkey companies at the Clevels of Business & IT Work closelywith the Solutions Team to ensure that Rapyder is the customerspreferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.

    Maintainan accurate forecast and various business reports. Create &articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) CloudComputing infrastructure solutions (Server Storage DC Services)& Internet architectures (firewalls load balancers etc).Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.Ensure customersatisfaction.

    Requirements

    1. NeedExperienced Candidatewhocomes fromdirect sales key account management cloud computing background.NonIT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted.Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can beconsidered.
    2. 510years exp in direct IT product or services sales.
    3. Proventrack record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterpriseaccounts through leading outbound prospectingteams.
    4. Musthave experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experiencein AWS Cloudservices.
    5. Responsiblefor creating and iterating the sales development processmethodology campaigns hiring profiles training andenablement
    6. LeadershipSkills: proven recordofbeing a teamplayer speaking binarypreciseconcise choice ofwordsand work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is abehaviour and not a formal role in this JD. Represent the core fivevalues of Rapyder and imbibe the same in dailybehaviour.
    7. Excellentwritten and spokenEnglish.Businesscommunication is vital and we cannot conduct training onthis.
    8. Accuratenuanced direct and kindmessaging.
    9. Beingable to work independently buildrelationshipsand respondquickly.


    1. Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, keyaccount management, cloud computing background. Persons withgovt/PSU sales experience can be considered years exp indirect IT product or services sales. Experience should not be aburden or luggage, rather it should be a pointer towards maturity3. Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline in largeenterprise accounts 4. Must have experience in selling Cloudservices. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. 5.Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speakingbinary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertainbusiness environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formalrole in this JD. Sales execs can be groomed to become managers in 2years time frame, if they perform well 7. Excellent written andspoken English. Business communication is vital, and we wontconduct English language skills training. This skill must bereadily available across all roles. 8. Being able to workindependently, build relationships and learn technology throughself paced modules. We can hire fresh MBA/BE who don't needmonitoring and spoon feeding for every task. 9. Chosen persons haveto clear AWS accreditations and certifications such as cloudpractitioner.
