    Description

    Job Role: Custody Client Service Team Member

    The applicant would be a part of the custody client servicing team of the bank.

    • Periodic service review calls with domestic clients like PMS, AIF, etc., as well as foreign clients like FPI, FDI, etc.
    • Ensure proper handholding of all new custody clients at each stage of onboarding and conduct welcome calls post-onboarding. Welcome call will include reiteration of our services and TATs for better clarity with the client.
    • Follow-up for outstanding billing and ensure clients pay custody bills on time.
    • Respond to client queries.

    Job Requirements Skills / Knowledge

    Prerequisites would be as follows:

    • Good communication & presentation skills.

    In-depth knowledge of custody operations regulations and onboarding documentation
