Roles and Responsibilities
- Job Description:
- Manage end to end assignment life cycle from initiation to onassignment operations
- An active interface between HRBP, Payroll, C&B;, travel team and external vendors for managing employee life cycle in term of getting work permit, visa, repatriation, C&B; related issues, immigration extensions, on Assignment preboarding setup.
- Handle work permits and immigration compliances for UK Europe.
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Preparation of monthly report & dashboard for compliance audit
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, selfmotivation and commitment.
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and perform within SLA
