Key Responsibilities:
Designing and Planning:
Collaborating with Management to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
Conducting site analysis to assess the environmental conditions, topography, and existing features.
Developing conceptual designs and master plans that integrate various elements, such as vegetation, water features, structures, and hardscape materials.
Creating detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Environmental Considerations:
Incorporating sustainable design principles, such as water conservation, stormwater management, and ecological restoration, into projects.
Selecting appropriate native or adapted plant species to enhance biodiversity, conserve resources, and promote habitat restoration.
Assessing the environmental impact of the project and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
Project Management:
Overseeing the implementation of landscape projects, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
Monitoring the construction process to ensure that the design intent is realized and addressing any issues that may arise.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Communication and Collaboration:
Presenting design proposals and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and addressing concerns.
Collaborating with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape design with the overall development plans.
Providing guidance and recommendations on landscape-related issues to clients, including maintenance, planting schemes, and long-term planning.
Building Codes and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Research and stay updated on relevant codes and regulations to ensure designs meet the necessary standards.
Research and Professional Development:
Staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and materials in landscape architecture.
Conducting research to support design decisions and innovative solutions.
Participating in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, construction techniques, and systems.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD), photoshop, sketchup software and other architectural tools to create and present design concepts.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in architecture.
Project Documentation:
Compiling project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations.
Creating visualizations, renderings, and models to effectively communicate design ideas.
Maintaining accurate records of project progress, changes, and approvals.
Ethical and Professional Practice:
Adhering to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct in all aspects of work.
Promoting sustainable practices and advocating for environmentally responsible design solutions.
Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding intellectual property rights.
Addition skills:
Bachelor in Architecture
Possess - 8 years of experience in Architectural field with strong creative and analytical skills, a deep understanding of environmental systemsE
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in design software, and a passion for creating functional and beautiful outdoor spaces.
Should also have a solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations related to landscape architecture.
Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
