    RoleOverview

    Wadhwani Skillingoperates Genie AI a cuttingedge digital platform that is designedto skill vulnerable learners and place them into indemand jobs. TheGenie AI platform leveraging highquality digital content Gen AICopilots human services and analytics in order to support learnersacross each stage in the career journey: Career Advisory SkillingPlacement and Progression.

    We are seeking a SeniorProduct Manager to spearhead a new initiative called Open Platformthat will enable strategic content partners to use the GenieAIplatform. We will provide these partners with technical featuresand support so that they can serve their courses from within theGenieAI platform which will enable their course learners can takefull advantage of our GenAI Copilots (My Tutor for learners and MyMentor for faculty) and our human services (such as forums expertconnects streaming masterclasses and help desk).

    Our initial focusgeographies for Open Platform strategic partnerships are IndiaBrazil and Mexico with additional countries to be added in thefuture.

    This Open Platforminitiative has already garnered significant interest fromgovernment corporate and NGO partners and we are looking for aproduct leader who will be responsible for driving and sustainingthe initiative with the objective of accelerating learner outcomesat scale.

    KeyResponsibilities

    ConductNeed and Opportunity Analysis:Analyze partner needs and strategic opportunities in order toinform our market requirements definition.

    DevelopProduct and ProcessRequirements: Create productrequirements definitions and supplementary process documentationthat enable the seamless ingestion of partner content and theconfiguration of effective Gen AI Copilots and human servicesaround that content.

    DriveProduct Launch: Work with otherteam members from Product Design and Engineering to develop andrelease product features for strategic content partners learnersand faculty. Subsequently test those features in Beta withstrategic content partners and with learners and faculty fromeducational partner institutions and refine those features asneeded before production launch.

    Serveas SPOC with Strategic Partners:Serve as single point of contact with strategic content partners toensure that their needs are met and that they are motivated tocontinue and deepen their engagement with the Open Platform.

    DriveProduct Enhancement Based on MarketData: Seek user feedback andidentify enhancements for subsequent build cycles on regular basisbased on feedback from strategic content partners educationalpartners learners and faculty.

    Skills& Experience

    6years of work experience with at least 3 years experience in EdTechProduct Management required (experience in online adult skillstraining preferred)

    Proven successin developing and executing on strategic product intiatives withinthe EdTech ecosystem

    Strongrelationship and oral communication skills including the ability toengage effectively with executive leadership and strategic partners

    Demonstratedproduct management success across the mobile web & appproduct lifecycle from concept to launch and adoption.

    • Conductingmarket research
    • Defining user rolesuser journeys and product requirements
    • Working with UXdesigners in mocking wireframes and visuals for mobile and web
    • Collaborating closelywith engineering in defining requirements prioritization and sprintplanning
    • Discussing techarchitecture design and scoping with engineering
    • Strong organizationalanalytical and problemsolving skills
    • Ability tothrive in a fast paced startup environment with tight deadlines.

Candidate must have at least 3years experience in a Product Management role involving EdTech a.Title must be Product Manager or some similar title explicitlyinvolving the term Product b. The products in question must beEdTech products 3. Candidate must be able to describe a strategicEdTech product initiative that the candidate spearheaded fromdevelopment to successful launch a. This initiative must involve aset of product features that dramatically expand thecustomer/stakeholder base, not just features that enhanced userexperience 4. Preference to a candidate who: a. Has experienceworking in Skilling specifically (not just EdTech generally) b. Hasexperience conceptualizing new products (not just leading theirdevelopment) c. Has substantially more than 3 years experience inProduct Management generally and in EdTech Product Managementspecifically
