    Job Description
    Position Overview : We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B and B2B2C partnerships with schools, including preschools and K12 institutions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships with schools, preschools, and K12 institutions.
    • Identify and prioritize target schools based on strategic fit, market potential, and growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, principals, teachers, and decision-makers.
    • Present EleFant's value proposition and offerings to schools, emphasizing the benefits of integrating our toy library service into their curriculum and programs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and address the unique needs of each school partner.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and on boarding new school partners.
    • Provide ongoing support and account management to school partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales goals.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in strategic sales, business development, or partnerships, particularly in the education sector.
    • Experience working with schools, preschools, or K12 institutions, with a deep understanding of the education landscape and decision-making process.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.
    • Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with school partners and attend industry events.
    • Passion for education, child development, and making a positive impact in the community.
