    Description

    • Managing tax inquiries, audits, and litigation in India, EMEA, and APAC region
    • Liaising with tax authorities
    • Coordinating with internal finance, legal, HR, M&A, etc. to obtain supporting data and information
    • Analyzing, distilling, and effectively communicating data and information for submission in audits and litigation
    • Drafting response letters to tax authorities, submissions, legal briefs, and conducting case law research
    • Working with global teams across all lines of business on tax process improvements
