    Description
    Oracle's Tax and Treasury organization needs a Manager for Data pull team in India. The candidate will work with Tax and Treasury Directors to manage Global Data Pull projects.

    The Data pull team in India supports the Global Tax & Treasury teams on the data collation, analysis, documents collection / collation and creation of end-to-end data and documents package for Tax Controversy, Tax Planning, Compliance, Transfer Pricing, Treasury and PMO teams.

    This team is closely working with Global Tax & Treasury resources and various cross functional teams within Oracle.


    Skills required:
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline driven

    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Strong computer skills, especially Excel
    • Qualified taxation / accounting professional with 7+ years' experience
    • Fluency in English required and other language skills beneficial
    • Based in India.
    Career Level - M2

    Ensure a data pull request is duly logged in the Apex tool for all the requests that are Tax and Treasury teams.


    • All the data requests should go for Senior Vice President's (SVP) approval before the request is driven.
    • Determine who are the teams or contacts within Oracle from whom data is to be requested. Maintain Data Pull team's bandwidth and resource utilization trackers and update the files every day.
    • Assign the Data Pull resources to the data pull requests, after reviewing the bandwidth table
    • Review deliverables prepared by Data pull team for accuracy. Ensure the weekly updates have been sent
    • Ensure all deadlines are complied. Prepare process notes and knowledge repository. Conduct trainings for data pull team. Publish weekly dashboards and resources utilizations to the SVP's office. Train new hires on Oracle processes.
