    Description

    Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer

    Company: Danfoss



    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide engineering support to sales managers in pre-sales activities.
    • Design electrical systems based on drives and power converters, integrating Danfoss power converters with motors, grid connections, batteries, etc.
    • Explore system simulations and electrical studies for system design with customers.
    • Deliver solutions based on Danfoss power converters to meet Heavy Industry requirements.
    • Travel to customers for trainings, seminars, sales, troubleshooting, and commissioning support.
    • Train customers and colleagues on Danfoss products, applications, and solutions.
    • Assist sales managers in securing projects.
    • Lead project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Support in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Heavy Industry applications.
    • Strong understanding of Industrial Automation & Customer Applications.
    • 15+ years of experience in Drives & Automation.
    • Interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Quality mindset with attention to detail.
    • Highly motivated and leads by example.
    • Skills to work in electrical cabinets.
    • Available for local & global travel.
    • Experience in retrofit projects and team management.
