    With 250+ healthy brands on its platform, Mesky is a leading online marketplace for healthy food brands in India.

    As the Indian middle class becomes more affluent, the demand for healthy and clean products is set to cross 30 billion USD in this decade. Backed by a leading VC office and with alumni from IIT and ISB in its founding team, Mesky is chasing an ambitious goal of becoming the market leader in this category with a well thought through marketplace play.

    Launched barely 2 months back, Mesky is already doing ~6000 orders per month in Gurgaon with plans to launch new markets in the next few months.

    Position title – Product Manager

    Experience - 5+ Yrs.

    Location – Gurgaon

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the product strategy and development, with a focus on aligning the product roadmap with the company's business objectives and user needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy and Development

    Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

    Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team is focused on the most impactful initiatives

    User Research and Design

    Utilize user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors

    Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize and validate product concepts

    Collaborate with the design team to ensure the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the brand

    Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience

    Alignment with Business Needs

    Translate business requirements and objectives into clear product requirements and roadmaps

    Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for new features and functionality, considering factors such as cost, time-to-market, and long-term maintainability

    Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers

    Measure and report on key product metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

    5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on e-commerce or subscription-based businesses

    Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience using design tools like Figma

    Proficient in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success

    Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams
